How Can I Preregister and Pay for Programs?

Hunt Hill now accepts credit card payments for select programs through a ticketing site known as Brown Paper Tickets.

Brown Paper Tickets is a “fair-trade ticketing company” that, in addition to donating 5% of their profits to charities, also offers a secure service to register and pay for programs.  They offer a 24/7 Ticket Hotline so you can also call to register and Hunt Hill has their very own page within the system: Hunt Hill’s Page.

For the convenience of signing up online, there is a fee you should be aware of.  For ticket prices under $9.99 it is .99 cents PER ‘ticket’. For ticket prices over $10.00 it is $1.99 PER ‘ticket’. For all of our events, your name is put on a will-call list so you wont actually be recieving a ticket. Once you’ve paid, your information is sent to us and we will contact you if there is additional information or paperwork you will need to fill out.

**Please be aware that special discounts – like our 5 day camps for $25/camp/youth and some early bird specials are not available through Brown Paper Tickets and will require payment by check or cash.

Check
In addition to accepting online payments through Brown Paper Tickets, we continue to accept checks.  Checks should be made out to ‘Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary’ and include with it the appropriate paperwork.  If the paperwork is not available to you, you may call us to register and then send payment and/or include your name, address, phone number, email and the program you’d like to attend along with your check.

Cash
If you are in the neighborhood and would like to stop by Hunt Hill, you may also stop into our Farmhouse Office during business hours and register and pay for programs.  Our typical business hours are 9am-4pm Monday-Friday (however, its always best to call first to be sure we’re in)!
