Annual Meeting
Each fall, in September, members have the opportunity to attend the Annual Membership Meeting.
The business portion of the meeting includes the election of new board members, report by the Executive Director, and a review of the Annual Report.
Our annual meeting is also a time for us to recognize our volunteers who put in uncountable hours to help us achieve our mission. It is because of our dedicated volunteers that we are able to send out our newsletters and program guides, keep our trails neat, offer tasty treats at events, and offer a wide variety of program options for our visitors.
The evening also includes an environmental program speaker…followed by a potluck dinner and social.
We encourage our members to take advantage of this opportunity to meet other members and learn about what is happening at Hunt Hill. Non-members are welcome to attend to learn more about Hunt Hill, our accomplishments and future goals.
