Each fall our board members and ‘Friends’ come together for our Annual Membership Meeting.
The business portion of the meeting includes the election of new board members, report by the Executive Director, and a review of the Annual Report.
Our annual meeting is also a time for us to recognize our volunteers who put in uncountable hours to help us achieve our mission. It is because of our dedicated volunteers that we are able to send out our program guides, keep our trails neat, offer tasty treats at events, offer a wide variety of program options for our visitors and so much more!
We encourage our members to take advantage of this opportunity to meet other members and learn about what is happening at Hunt Hill. Non-members are also welcome to attend to learn more about Hunt Hill, our accomplishments and future goals.
