DESCRIPTION:Participate in a Citizen Science project at Hunt Hill! Citizen Science empowers the curious and concerned to collect valuable data that contributes to specific scientific research. No prior experience is needed to participate.  \nProgram Fee: Free\, but donations are appreciated.\nLocation: Meet at Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary at 7:00 am\nRegistration is required by December 12. Limit: 20 people \nParticipate in the National Audubon Society’s 125th Christmas Bird Count (CBC)! The count is the longest-running citizen science program in the world and involves volunteers traveling assigned routes to count birds. DESCRIPTION:Program Fee: $8/person; $20/family\nHunt Hill Members: $5/person; $15/family\nLocation: Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary\nRegistration is not required\, but strongly encouraged. \nTake a self-guided hike along a Hunt Hill trail illuminated by candlelight on the longest night of the year. Then\, warm up with some hot cocoa and s’mores by the fire. Participants may walk the trail using snowshoes or boots.
