Let’s get Out There for a ski at Hunt Hill!  Kris Hanson, from Out There Nordic, will teach the basics of cross country skiing on ungroomed trails and will then lead an adventure on skis on Hunt Hill trails. Participants must bring their own ski gear since skiing equipment will NOT be provided.

Equipment recommendations: a mechanical pattern, waxless or skin classic touring ski or light duty backcountry ski or older waxable fiberglass ski with appropriate boot and binding plus your touring pole. If you are interested in places that rent out skis and equipment, please call 715-635-6543 before the program date and we can recommend some places.
