Time Slots: 9am-12pm or 1-4pm
During this two-part series, we’ll focus on how nature can help improve our mental, emotional, and physical health. Enjoy four-45 minute stations that will help you discover new ways to stay healthy by spending time in nature. Enjoy a relaxing session of yoga, learn the basics of nature photography, go on a naturalist-led hike, and practice harvesting wild edibles.
Program Fee: $20/person
