During this two-part series, we’ll focus on how nature can help improve our mental, emotional, and physical health. Enjoy four-45 minute stations that will help you discover new ways to stay healthy by spending time in nature. Join Denis Murray in learning the basics of meditation. Denis will be focusing on Sound and Water Meditation techniques. Kerri Ashlin, from Rice Lake Public Library, will be teaching watercolor techniques. Nikki Janisin, Executive Director of Hunt Hill, will be leading the canoeing station. Enjoy a paddle on the pristine lakes of Hunt Hill as she points out various sights along the way. Lastly, Hunt Hill Program Director, Sage Dunham, will be leading the nature journaling station.
Program Fee: $20/person
