Kristin Hanson from Out There Nordic in Rice Lake will be reviewing the basics of Nordic Walking (an enhanced walking technique using poles to engage the upper and lower body), and then she will lead you on a hike to practice on the trails at Hunt Hill.

Hiking poles will be available to borrow, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you have them.
