Snowshoe Hike

Program Fee: Free, but donations are appreciated.
Location: Meet at Lower Level of Richard Grand Recreation Hall, Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary
Registration not required, but strongly encouraged. Limit: 20 people

Time to explore Hunt Hill by snowshoe! A Hunt Hill staff member will share the basics of hiking with snowshoes, and then you will have a chance to get out along the Hunt Hill trails to practice! If there is not sufficient snow coverage, we will have a guided winter hike, poles optional.

Equipment recommendations: Hunt Hill will have limited snowshoes available for participants so we encourage those that have snowshoes and/or poles to please bring their own. Poles are optional and can be hiking poles, ski poles, or Nordic poles. If you would like to reserve snowshoes and/or poles in advance, please call 715-635-6543 by Thursday, December 14th.
