Peter David, recently retired wildlife biologist with the Great Lakes Indian Fish & Wildlife Commission (GLIFWC), will share about ma’iingan (wolves) in Wisconsin and their history and significance in both the ecosystem and within the Ojibwe culture.
Peter David received his education (bachelor’s and master’s degrees in wildlife ecology) from UW-Madison, and from the tribal elders and members for whom he has worked for the last 35 years.
