Spanish Camp Fees:
- Spanish Camp Fee: $550/camper/week
This is the standard program fee for the general public. This does not include the cost for overnight accommodations. - Hunt Hill Members: $525/camper/week
Hunt Hill Members get a discount on programs. Anyone can become a member by visiting our Become a Member webpage and paying the member fee. Note: A membership must be purchased BEFORE registering to get the membership discount and early access to registration.
Additional Fees:
Overnight accommodations are available to campers for an additional cost. If you have a preferred room in Long Dorm, please indicate that in the Spanish Camp questionnaire during registration.
- Single Room: +$150/camper/week
This option includes your own private room with two twin beds, a dresser, and a desk. Limited availability. - Shared Room: +$100/camper/week
Participants may share a room with 1-2 other people. - Stay Offsite: +$0/camper/week
Participants may choose to stay in a private residence, at a local hotel or motel, or camp nearby. Those who stay offsite are still provided all three meals each day.
- Early Check-in (optional): + $25/camper
You may choose to arrive a day early between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023. No food or Hunt Hill led activities are provided until camp officially starts on Sunday evening. - Spanish Camp T-shirt (optional): +$20/t-shirt
Spanish Camp T-shirts will be available again this year! If you would like to order a t-shirt, don’t forget to add it when you register!
Cancellation Policy
- Participants who cancel online or notify Hunt Hill by email or phone, at least 15 days before the day of the program or event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee (if paid by credit card).
- Participants who cancel less than 15 days will not receive a refund or credit, unless their spot can be filled by another participant. If filled, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.
- If a participant cancels less than 15 days but not less than 48 hours before the first day of Spanish Camp and the spot cannot be filled, the participant will receive a 50% refund (no additional 10% processing fee assessed).
- Participants who cancel 48 hours or less before the program will not receive a refund or credit.
- If a participant has to leave during the week of camp, a refund of $50/night will be refunded.
