Adult Spanish Language & Culture Camp

Hunt Hill’s Adult Spanish Camp offers participants a true language and culture experience while enjoying a retreat in Northwest Wisconsin. Each day features language lessons with native-Spanish-speaking instructors, authentic Hispanic meals, nature activities, and more.

Dates: Saturday July 25, 2026 – Friday, July 31, 2026

Program Cost: $700/person
Hunt Hill Members: $675/member

Onsite Lodging – Single Room: $210/person/week 
Onsite Lodging – Shared Room: $120/person/week
RV/Camper Van Parking On Site: $70/week

Early Arrival on Friday: $25/night

Program cost covers Spanish classes, activities, meals, and beverages. Onsite lodging is optional and at an additional cost.

Registration will open for Hunt Hill members on February 2, 2026 at noon.
Registration for the general public opens on February 9, 2026 at noon. Registration is required.

REMINDER: There will be an additional $45 processing fee for all registrations paid by credit card.

To keep our Spanish Camp prices affordable and transparent, we are implementing a new payment policy.

To cover processing costs, a credit/debit card fee of $45 will be applied to payments made by card. We encourage participants to pay by check to avoid this fee and help us keep costs down. 

TO PAY BY CHECK AND AVOID THE PROCESSING FEE:

  2. Call the office at (715) 635-6543. Office hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
  3. When registration opens, explain that you would like to register for Spanish Camp and want to hold your place while the check is in the mail. *Sorry, no early spots can be held.
    • We are able to hold your spot for 7 days. 
  4. Fill out this REGISTRATION FORM, and mail it with your check, or email it to program@hunthill.org.
  5. Mail your check to: Hunt Hill Nature Center, N2384 Hunt Hill Rd, Sarona, WI 54870.
  6. Once your payment has been received by Hunt Hill, you will be sent an email confirming your registration. 

Adult Medical & Release Form: All participants will be required to fill out and submit an Adult Medical & Release Form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Participants who cancel online or notify Hunt Hill by email or phone at least 48 hours before the program or event will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.* 
  • Participants can choose to receive their refund via their payment method or keep it as a credit** for a future program. 
  • Participants who cancel less than 48 hours before the program will not receive a refund or credit.
  • Participants who cancel online or notify Hunt Hill by email or phone, at least 15 days before the day of the program or event will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.*
  • Participants who cancel less than 15 days will not receive a refund or credit, unless their spot can be filled by another participant. If filled, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.*
  • Participants who cancel 48 hours or less before the program will not receive a refund or credit.

Refunds will follow the same procedures as the ‘Programs Over $25/person’, except that:

  • If a participant cancels less than 15 days before the first day of Spanish Camp and the spot cannot be filled, the participant will receive a ½ refund (no additional 10% processing fee assessed).
  • If a participant has to leave during the week of camp, a refund of $50/night will be refunded.

If Hunt Hill has to cancel a program or event, all paid registrants will receive a full refund or credit.

 *There is no processing fee assessed on refunds kept as credit or when the participant paid with cash or check.

**Credits can be held until December 31 of the year the cancellation was made. After that, credit is forfeited. Hunt Hill is unable to offer refunds for credits requested and not used.
