Little Explorers: Snowflakes & Ice
January 10 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
FREE

Little Explorers is an exciting morning of stories, crafts, songs, and nature activities geared towards 3–6 year olds at Hunt Hill; though all ages are welcome! Every program starts in the Lower Level of the Richard Grand Recreation Hall at Hunt Hill Nature Center, unless otherwise noted. Guardians must stay for the duration of the program, and each program will feature a different nature theme. Depending on weather, we will be outside for a portion of this program. Please dress appropriately to be inside and outside in the weather.
In January, our Explorers will dive into the magic and science of snowflakes and ice! Children will explore how snowflakes are unique and the different ways ice can form in nature. We will read The Snowy Nap by Jan Brett and make snowflake art!
